Fictional Worlds I Want to Live in

We’ve all imagined ourselves living somewhere else. Sometimes in places that only exist in our imagination. Here’s a list of five fictional worlds I would want to live in:

5) Hogwarts

Hogwarts beats the High School I went to by far. The building is a lot better to look at too. I’d rather look at something that looks like a castle than something with creaky metal doors and cracked tiles. I think I’d love learning a lot more too! I could learn to ride a broom and lift a feather with the flick of a wand. To me, that beats endlessly writing down the same math equation so I can remember it better.

4) Narnia

I’ve wondered what it would be like to leave in a beaver’s home. I love animals and being able to actually talk to them would be a dream. The one animal I would really want to talk to would be Aslan. He seems to be a wise character in the story and I think I could come up with a few serious conversations that I could have with him. He is a symbol of loving others and I have a greta respect for him.

3) The City of Glass

I’ve read the first few books of The Mortal Instruments series and I enjoyed it for a while. I would love to live in this city so I could learn more about how the shadow hunters lived. I like the marks they had on their bodies and the weapons they used. I thought the idea of hiding the city in plain sight was a creative idea too.

2) Olympus

I would want to live here so I could watch how the god and goddess acted around each other. Based on greek mythology they seem to have some pretty interesting stories. I don’t think I’d ever get bored there. The gods don’t seem to get along all the time and I’m sure there’s plenty of fighting amongst them.

1) The Shire

If I had all the money in the world I would make my own hobbit home and possibly a village if my friends wanted to join me. The shire looks peaceful, but the hobbits don’t seem to ever get bored. I could see myself doing a lot of gardening and going to festivals if I could ever live in this world. I’m euphoric for the natural feel that the homes have. I love nature and I don’t know what I’d do if I couldn’t go outside.

  1. Definitely agree with Hogwarts and Narnia! You’d be able to do so much great magic and learn so much and the food just sounds so good! As for Narnia I’d definitely love to be able to talk to animals, plus it was always so beautiful 💕

    1. I’m pretty sure they actually made a castle for Hogwarts in England, but I don’t have the time or the money to see it. XD Google said the castle they use for it is the Alnwick Castle.
