But belief has become a virtue in itself. That part can make us less human if we fear to question the group.
That’s true, I think of it as a way to create theories rather than using it as in end goal. I don’t think of it as a virtue, but I do think of it as a way to motivate ourselves. I think the biggest issue people have is being able to separate beliefs from reality. Beliefs don’t equal reality, but they can help to give us a reason to do something.
